Biblical DISC® combines the widely used DISC model with biblical research and insight.
The Biblical DISC® framework was created by Ken Voges, a recognized author, consultant, and pioneer in integrating behavioral science with Scripture.
For more than 35 years, Ken has trained and consulted with ministries, businesses, churches, and nonprofit organizations through his company, In His Grace, Inc. He has authored numerous DISC assessments, books, and workbooks, and has spent decades researching how biblical figures reflected distinct behavioral styles and relational dynamics. As an Adjunct Professor at Dallas Theological Institute, Ken taught Biblical DISC® to DMin students for over 20years.

Most DISC tools explain how people behave.
Biblical DISC goes deeper by integrating behavioral insights with biblical understanding, helping leaders recognize motivations, communication patterns, fears, growth areas, and relational dynamics through practical and spiritual lenses.
