The Biblical DISC® framework was created by Ken Voges, a recognized author, consultant, and pioneer in integrating behavioral science with Scripture.

For more than 35 years, Ken has trained and consulted with ministries, businesses, churches, and nonprofit organizations through his company, In His Grace, Inc. He has authored numerous DISC assessments, books, and workbooks, and has spent decades researching how biblical figures reflected distinct behavioral styles and relational dynamics. As an Adjunct Professor at Dallas Theological Institute, Ken taught Biblical DISC® to DMin students  for over 20years.
